The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing clear estimates, crafting professional proposals, and compiling detailed reports supported by thorough documentation and cost analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create manual roof sketches and generate precise cost estimates.
- Prepare and send client proposals in a professional format.
- Conduct research on market rates for labor and materials.
