Job Description
Indigo Heights Hotel & Suites is actively searching for a committed Guest Service Officer (GSO) to oversee our daily front desk operations. As the initial point of contact for guests, the GSO is integral to delivering outstanding customer service while efficiently handling various administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests, manage incoming calls, process mail, ensure security, order supplies, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar position, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and strong communication and organizational abilities are essential.
Compensation: Rs35,00 – Rs42,00 per month.
