We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for employees at U.S.-based cellphone retail stores. Your duties will include managing salaries, commissions, bonuses, reconciling payroll data, and overseeing employee deductions. You will also maintain employee records, manage onboarding for new hires, and collaborate with store managers to verify work hours and incentive programs.
Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of payroll experience and at least 1 year in a U.S. back office environment. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with payroll or HR software are essential.
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month.
