Job Description
We are actively seeking polished, energetic, and customer-oriented Order Takers to enhance our team. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will deliver exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and present menu offerings.
- Accurately record orders using a POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages while upholding quality standards.
- Regularly assess client satisfaction.
- Process payments and manage cash transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an Intermediate or equivalent qualification.
- Preferred experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
