Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates fluent in English to be a part of our International Campaign targeting the US Market. As a Customer Support Representative, you will address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver outstanding service with professionalism.
Shift Duration: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Address customer queries efficiently.
- Offer precise information about our products and services.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Intermediate.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills.
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
