Job Description
Ecomfine is looking for a dedicated and experienced Shopify Store Operations Manager to lead our daily operations and technical management. The successful candidate will ensure optimal store performance, manage comprehensive operations, and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Shopify store (front and back end)
- Oversee daily operations including products, orders, inventory, and shipping
- Facilitate client communication and customer support
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize return on investment (ROI)
- Execute marketing campaigns including SEO, paid advertisements, and content creation
- Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in Shopify management
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, Liquid, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with SEO and e-commerce analytics tools
