Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Blackstone Global Resource Ltd as a Call Center Agent in the UK. This full-time position is based in DHA Phase 4, Lahore, and offers a competitive salary ranging from $40,00 to $60,00, commensurate with experience. The work schedule is from 1 PM to 10 PM, Monday through Friday.
Requirements:
- Experience in the Care Home industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, along with hiring and training experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
As a Call Center Agent, your key responsibilities will include screening resumes, making cold calls, conducting phone interviews, coordinating with clients, and training new team members.
