Job Description
Cabcall Outsource SMC Pvt Ltd is excited to announce an opening for a Network Intern to join our Call Center team. This internship is designed to provide practical experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and system management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Assist call center agents with real-time technical challenges.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Monitor IT systems and assist with regular maintenance.
- Aid in software troubleshooting and perform updates as necessary.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, foundational knowledge of hardware and operating systems, and strong communication skills are required.
