Job Description
Chase Value is in search of a committed Senior Executive Training Professional to assess training needs and develop engaging training programs. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of training materials while partnering with trainers to create high-quality content. Responsibilities also include evaluating training effectiveness, maintaining thorough training records, and managing the training budget efficiently.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in training or human resources. Candidates should possess proficiency in managing training modules using MiHCM and ESS functionalities, and should support new learning and development initiatives.
