Job Description
A Hamson Inc. is currently looking for a skilled IT Support Assistant to become a vital member of our team. The core responsibilities will involve receiving, documenting, and tracking user complaints, as well as classifying and prioritizing issues within the Complaint Management System (CMS). Additionally, the chosen candidate will provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, operating systems, and networking issues.
The ideal applicant will have excellent communication and customer service abilities, a fundamental understanding of IT concepts, and familiarity with helpdesk systems. Knowledge of IT security principles is also crucial.
