Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, customers, and guests.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Perform basic office tasks like photocopying and scanning.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
