Job Description
WOWJI Private Limited is looking for a dedicated HR Executive to oversee daily HR operations at our head office and collaborate with site teams. Key responsibilities encompass recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, payroll processing, HR documentation, and fostering employee engagement.
The ideal candidate will possess a BBA or MBA in HR or a related field, along with 2 to 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and HRIS systems, as well as possess strong communication skills in both English and Urdu.
