Job Description
CONNECT COMMUNICATION is seeking a proactive and experienced Female HR Manager to oversee our night shift operations. This role is essential for fostering a productive work environment during our nighttime hours.
Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Salary: Up to PKR 90,00/month + Fuel Allowance
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records.
- Oversee payroll and attendance management.
- Address and resolve employee inquiries effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Demonstrated HR management experience.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Female candidates only.
