Job Description
Translation Empire is actively looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Complaints Officer to enhance our customer service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing customer complaints, ensuring clear communication throughout the resolution process. We seek an individual with a minimum of one year of experience in customer service, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail.
This is an office-based position, operating from 10 AM to 7 PM at our DHA Sector F office in Rwp. We offer a competitive salary that aligns with market standards.
