Key Responsibilities:
- Screen resumes in the Applicant Tracking System with daily updates.
- Assist in the recruitment process by managing a high volume of resumes.
- Coordinate with candidates to schedule interviews promptly.
- Accurately maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail recruitment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
