Job Description
Location: Faisalabad (Office-Based)
Timing: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
Salary: 50,00 – 80,00 PKR
We are in search of a dedicated HR Manager to lead our recruitment processes, nurture employee relations, ensure compliance with policies, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
- Develop and execute effective HR policies.
- Manage payroll and maintain employee records.
- Address conflicts and resolve employee concerns promptly.
- Facilitate performance management and training programs.
- Ensure adherence to labor law regulations.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration is required, along with strong communication and leadership capabilities.
