Job Description
Trenton Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Updater to become a valuable member of our Truck Dispatch team. In this role, you will track loads, update dispatch logs, and maintain communication with drivers, brokers, and dispatchers to ensure precise trip documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor loads and update dispatch software efficiently.
- Communicate with drivers about pick-up and delivery details.
- Keep brokers and customers informed about load statuses.
- Maintain accurate records of truck locations.
- Assist dispatchers with documentation and scheduling tasks.
Requirements:
- Prior dispatch experience is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
