Job Description
AAM TECH HUB is eager to welcome a dedicated Call Operator to our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, delivering precise information regarding our extensive range of products and services while documenting customer interactions comprehensively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle all incoming and outgoing calls.
- Provide accurate and detailed product information.
- Transfer calls when required.
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Previous experience is an asset.
