Job Description
Translation Empire PK is looking for a Recruiter with at least 1.5 years of experience in sourcing Customer Service Representative (CSR) candidates within the Call Center industry. The ideal applicant will possess a solid understanding of the Call Center environment. We also encourage recent graduates holding degrees in Human Resources or Psychology, who can showcase their knowledge in this sector, to apply. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bahria Town, DHA 1, Sector F, Rawalpindi. The Recruiter will be tasked with conducting interviews, assessments, and screenings to ensure candidates align with our hiring criteria.
