What You’ll Do:
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls
- Support customers by addressing inquiries and providing effective solutions
- Accurately maintain records in our CRM system
- Achieve daily and weekly performance metrics
Shift Timing: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM | Monday – Friday
Location: Wapda Town Phase 1 (On-site)
