Job Description
Arthur Lawrence is actively seeking a skilled Senior HR Executive to enhance our team. In this crucial role, you will oversee recruitment activities, manage CV databases, and facilitate onboarding processes. Your responsibilities will also include the generation of essential documents such as offer letters and the administration of employee evaluations and settlements.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and have a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency in HR reporting tools are essential for success in this position.
This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs80,00.00 to Rs110,00.00 per month, along with medical insurance, performance bonuses, and additional benefits. Shifts are scheduled from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
