Job Description
Next Gen Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and skilled Call Center Trainer to spearhead our training initiatives for US-based projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience in coaching customer service representatives, crafting training modules, and enhancing performance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate onboarding and soft skills training, deliver product and process training, design and revise training materials, monitor trainee progress, provide individualized coaching, collaborate with teams for performance improvements, and evaluate training effectiveness.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, exceptional communication skills, a strong foundation in customer service, and the flexibility to work night shifts.
