Job Description
Abacus Consulting—BPO is looking for a Social Media Team Lead to join our Jazz Cash division in Islamabad. With over 35 years of expertise in delivering innovative business solutions, we emphasize collaborative success. This position requires exceptional leadership and problem-solving abilities to drive operational excellence and foster team engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee team operations, inspire and motivate staff, assign tasks, facilitate meetings, mediate conflicts, develop comprehensive social media strategies, and evaluate campaign outcomes.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications, a minimum of 2 years in Social Media Management, strong communication abilities, prior Team Lead experience in a BPO setting, and proficiency in relevant tools.
