Job Description
Falcon-i Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and dedicated Billing Officer to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive revenue assurance by identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies in billing, provisioning, collections, and payment systems.
Your primary duties will include reconciling billing and collection data, conducting investigations into discrepancies, assisting with revenue cycle audits, and collaborating with various departments to address data errors. Additionally, you will monitor key performance indicators and document processes efficiently.
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
Work Location: On-site
