Job Description
Translation Empire is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Learning & Development Officer to enhance our employee training initiatives. In this essential mid-level position, you will play a key role in improving employee performance and nurturing a culture of continuous learning within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of comprehensive training programs.
- Conduct assessments to identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements for training sessions.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the Learning Management System (LMS).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
