About Us: Eposmatic (Pvt) Ltd is a rapidly growing company specializing in restaurant management software. We are currently seeking a dedicated Support & Data Entry Specialist to join our Islamabad team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-level customer support via phone and WhatsApp.
- Resolve software-related inquiries and assist customers in finding solutions.
- Maintain data accuracy for restaurant menus, pricing, and staff records.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree, experience in customer support, strong computer proficiency, and effective communication skills in both English and Urdu are required.
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month.
