Job Description
We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of Quality Control Executive in the BPO sector, based in Sharah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
Work Schedule: 12 PM – 9 PM (Monday to Friday) | Saturday: 10 AM – 3 PM
Salary: Up to PKR 70,00 per month
Qualifications: Fresh graduates or individuals with an ADP/degree; a transcript is required. Preference will be given to candidates with 1 year of QC experience and male applicants.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor calls and chats, ensure compliance with SOPs, provide constructive feedback to improve customer experiences, maintain quality control reports, and assist with training requirements.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to adapt to changing operational needs.
