Job Description

Location: Karachi (on-site)

Shift Timing: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM PST

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact patients to confirm their appointments.
• Reschedule or cancel appointments as necessary.
• Follow up with patients who missed contacts.
• Make outbound calls to confirm resupply orders.
• Update dates for resupplies as needed.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a call center, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with scheduling systems.
