Job Description
Translation Empire PK is looking for a proactive Recruiter Intern to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in sourcing, screening, and engaging with exceptional technical talent. Your responsibilities will include managing the recruitment lifecycle, coordinating interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their team requirements, and conducting initial screenings to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit. You will leverage platforms such as Workable ATS and LinkedIn for effective candidate sourcing.
Requirements: A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field is required, along with a basic understanding of recruitment processes.
Work Mode: This is an in-office position from 10 AM to 7 PM, located in DHA Sector F Rwp. The salary offered is competitive within the market.
