Holzinn Home (North) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Contracts Manager to join our team in Phase-7, Bahria Town. This pivotal role requires overseeing contract management and ensuring compliance with legal standards for our ongoing projects. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, monitoring contractual obligations, and collaborating effectively with project teams.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Law, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry. In-depth knowledge of FIDIC guidelines and local regulations, paired with exceptional negotiation skills, is essential for success in this position.
