Job Description
Translation Empire PK is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Learning & Development Executive to support the implementation of internal training programs and promote a culture of continuous learning. This role is ideal for individuals starting their L&D careers, offering valuable hands-on experience in training operations and employee development.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate training sessions, identify training needs, create educational content, maintain training records, and assist with onboarding processes.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 0–2 years of experience in HR or training positions, foundational knowledge of learning theories, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
This is an in-office position located in Islamabad/Rawalpindi (DHA 1 Sector F). Competitive salary offered.
