Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Female HR Assistant with practical experience in SAP Business One (SAP B1) to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations, maintaining employee records, and optimizing HR processes utilizing SAP B1.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records using SAP B1.
- Assist with recruitment activities.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage attendance tracking and leave requests.
- Assist in payroll preparation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Familiarity with HR databases and HRIS systems.
