Job Description
Translation Empire PK is searching for a committed and proactive Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Officer. This role entails planning, coordinating, and implementing CPD initiatives to ensure that employees meet professional standards and have access to essential development opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining training records, preparing CPD materials, and collaborating with stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 1–3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and exceptional organizational skills are required. Preferred certifications in CPD or HR will be considered advantageous.
