Job Description
1AZ0 Marketing (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic International Callers, both fresh and experienced, to engage in outbound calls to our US clients. Candidates will be responsible for managing customer interactions with professionalism and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound customer calls with courtesy and professionalism.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain composure and empathy in high-pressure situations.
- Accurately provide information about products and services.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain detailed records using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members to address customer issues.
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Daily & Weekly Incentives. Pay: Up to Rs40,00.00 per month.
Location: Karachi Gulshan-E-Iqbal (In-person)
