Job Description
Fashion Flare, a rapidly expanding fashion retailer, is on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for our E-Commerce Clothing store.
Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with customers through WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.
- Addressing customer concerns related to their orders.
- Managing complaints with courier logistics.
- Delivering outstanding customer service.
Skills Required:
- Open to both experienced professionals and fresh graduates.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
