Position Summary:
As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within your designated territory. Your primary goal will be to meet sales objectives and ensure operational excellence.
Your Responsibilities:
– Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
– Develop and implement effective field sales plans
– Manage distributor operations to enhance efficiency
– Provide coaching and mentorship to sales teams
– Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales or Marketing
– 3-4 years of relevant sales experience
– Strong leadership and team management skills
– Proven experience in managing a field sales team
