Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit qualified Quran teachers and administrative personnel.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Address staff inquiries and resolve HR-related issues promptly.
- Assist in the development of comprehensive HR strategies.
Requirements:
- Aleem-e-Deen or Hafiz Quran is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the education sector.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
