Job Description
Inceptech Solutions Pvt is currently looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Chat Support Representative. This position entails providing prompt assistance to customers via chat, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer messages promptly and professionally.
- Resolve basic issues and provide guidance to customers as necessary.
Requirements:
- Proficient written English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations.
Work Hours: 4 hours per day
Location: Johar Town
Salary: To be discussed (Starting at Rs15,00.00 per month)
