Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective students and their parents.
- Convert leads into successful enrollments.
- Provide course recommendations tailored to individual student needs.
- Maintain accurate call records in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with students.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or telesales.
