Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is on the lookout for an experienced Production Supervisor to join one of our prominent clients in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and enhancing workflow efficiency while leading an engaged team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production staff to meet performance targets.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure quality control measures.
- Oversee equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Analyze production metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Effectively resolve operational and personnel challenges.
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years in a related role, 12-14 years of formal education, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.
