Job Description
Power Highway is on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Multifunctional Task Operator (MTO). In this essential role, you will manage daily online orders while ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries via phone and email. Additionally, you will be responsible for confirming payments and dispatching orders.
Your responsibilities will also involve tracking order status with courier companies and providing timely updates to customers throughout the delivery process. This position is crucial for maintaining our commitment to excellent service.
