Job Description
H.S PVT LTD is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer (Male) to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR operations and labor legislation, alongside a genuine enthusiasm for cultivating a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws.
- Support payroll preparation activities.
- Professionally manage employee inquiries.
- Draft HR policies and correspondence.
- Coordinate performance evaluation processes.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
