Job Description
Abacus Consulting – BPO is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Workforce Management Executive to join our dynamic team in Islamabad. With over 35 years of experience in delivering advanced business solutions, we are dedicated to empowering organizations to achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing employee schedules, monitoring queue statuses, tracking performance metrics, collaborating with HR, and identifying trends to enhance efficiency. We are seeking individuals with 1–2 years of experience in Workforce Management or scheduling within a call center or BPO environment, a relevant degree, and strong analytical skills.
