Job Description
Joyland (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a skilled Procurement Officer to join our team in Sialkot. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The salary for this position ranges from Rs 45,00 to 50,00 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory management and maintain precise stock records.
- Identify and source reliable suppliers for goods and services.
- Prepare and process Purchase Requests (PR), Material Requests (MR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers to ensure best value.
- Ensure procurement activities meet established quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- Monitor purchase orders to guarantee timely delivery of goods.
