Job Description
ABS International, located in Gulshan-e-Johar, Karachi, is seeking a full-time HR Executive specializing in Talent Acquisition. This position requires managing recruitment and HR operations during evening shifts, specifically from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT, Monday through Saturday. The selected candidate will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, enhance the candidate experience, streamline onboarding processes, and maintain confidential records. Additionally, the HR Executive will coordinate training sessions, ensure HR compliance, and support employee relations.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to evening shifts.
