Job Description
Ali Builders & Developers is on the lookout for a committed Call Support Specialist (Female) to enhance our vibrant client relations team. We encourage applicants with 2–3 years of experience in call centers or customer service, particularly in the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls for payment recovery and follow up on services.
- Update client information in our CRM and Excel spreadsheets.
- Address client inquiries and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain detailed call logs and generate reports as needed.
Compensation: Rs30,00.00/month
