Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records in our system, ensuring physical documentation is well-organized, and providing support during the onboarding process of new hires. Confidentiality of employee data is paramount. Additionally, the HR Assistant will maintain HR databases to verify accuracy and assist in addressing employee grievances and workplace conflicts.
Qualifications:
- Age: 20 years and older.
- Education: Intermediate to Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
