Job Description
FSC Integrated Services (Pvt.) Ltd. is searching for enthusiastic and committed candidates to fill the position of Phone Banking Officer at a prominent bank in Pakistan.
Location: Saddar Cantt, Lahore
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (official transcripts or degree must be provided)
Experience: 0-1 year preferred
Age Limit: 32 years
Gender: Male
Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service over the phone by addressing banking inquiries and transactions swiftly and accurately.
Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; familiarity with basic computer applications.
