Job Description
Nextech Packages is looking for a dedicated IT Support Officer to deliver technical assistance and support to our users. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring our IT systems operate smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve various technical problems.
- Install and configure hardware and software efficiently.
- Maintain the functionality of IT equipment and software.
- Document and track issues using ticketing systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support.
