Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore
Type: Full-time, On-site
Shifts: 48 hours per week (UK Banking Hours)
Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from Rs 40,00 to Rs 60,00
Role Overview: 365 Care Group Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to oversee daily operations and provide outstanding service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions through email, phone, and WhatsApp.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and website navigation.
